Living three hours away meant we weren't there to see progress or discuss emerging surprises (yes, we had a few things surface once the walls were removed), but Ray and Dottie kept us fully informed every step of the way and when needed gave us their valuable, best professional advice as to our options in addressing each situation). It was so comforting to know that Ray and Dottie were as concerned about our house, about "getting it right", as were we.

And they did get it right, completing a major renovation replacing three walls, the roof, rewiring and plumbing, re-designing our view with magnificent huge picture windows, and building a wrap-around deck with new techniques that have the deck looking beautiful even today.

Over the past nearly 20 years since that initial major house saving renovation in 2001, we have used Burnette Family Construction for a number of projects, most recently including extending our roof over a portion of our existing roof that was flat, replacing the entire front door entrance, and adding beauty to our interior by placing tongue and groove timber over our entire entrance, dining room, and living room, giving our home a spectacular look and feel.
